Copper Black Marans are very rare and beautiful. 

The photos used in this ad are of my own eggs from my own hens.  These pics were taken at the beginning of their laying cycle.  This is an actual photo which has not been tampered with in any way.... they really are this dark at the beginning.  The eggs tend to get lighter as the laying cycle goes on.  Rest assured the eggs you will receive are from the same hens that layed these eggs shown in this photo.  So this dark color gene will be present even though at times the color may be lighter.  It is just how mother nature works with this breed of hens.

I have also included a photo of how the eggs have begun to lighten with the laying cycle.

I try to send extras whenever possible.

These eggs are not produced by artificial light.

These chickens lay the ultimate gourmet egg.    These are very gentle and mellow chickens - very easy to get along with..... (even the roos).  All were hatched from super dark eggs.

The hens are beautiful with clean light colored legs, nice red coloring around their eyes and on their combs.  Most of the hens have feathers on their shanks.  The roosters are awesome, their size and color makes them very desirable.

Although I am having a great success rate with hatching, and I send only the very freshest eggs, I cannot guarantee the hatchability of these eggs once they leave my care.  

Even though each egg will be packaged with the utmost care, I cannot guarantee non breakage during shipping. 

I will ship the eggs USPS Priority mail.   I try to ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday so your eggs will not get stuck in the post office over the weekend in order to get them to you as fresh as possible.
