6 Mettlach Tiles from Germany Saar Art Nouveau

Here are six tiles marked Mettlach Germany on the back in raised up letters. I'm not sure of the age of these tiles - there is a lot written on the internet about Mettlach tiles and Villeroy and Boch and the different divisions and changes in the companies over the years. These tiles are much thinner than the antique tiles I am used to. They each measure 4 1/4" on the sides and they are in excellent condition with only the tiniest nick on the BACK of one of the tiles. The tiles are somewhat textural as the white parts are very thickly glazed. When I have more time, I will research them further. They are beautiful in person!
