What if the item is defected?
All items are brand new, unopened and will be sent in the original manufacturer's packaging. If there is defect, it will be a manufacture defect. Please accept our sincere apologies and rest assure, we will take care of it as soon as it is brought to our attention. If your item is defected, we will exchange it for exact same item only.
I have received the wrong item?
Regrettably, mistakes can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will fix the problem. PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ YOUR HOSIERY BOX BEFORE YOU OPEN IT!! The brand, size and color are all indicated on the outside of the hosiery box for all the hosiery I sell. If you have received the wrong item upon inspection, please email me and I can easily exchange it for you. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUT OF THE BOX OR TRY ON YOUR WRONG ITEM. I will send you the correct item along with a prepaid return address envelope for you to return the wrong item back to me.
