We prefer PayPal. We also cashier's checks, and personal checks. Personal checks will need to clear prior to shipping your order. PayPal payments can be sent to topshelfaccessories@yahoo.com. Payment to be made within 7 days.
Domestic:
Your item will be shipped via USPS methods. Most small (under 13 oz.) items will ship by 1st Class mail. Most large items (over 13 oz.) will ship via Parcel Post. We will, however, ship your item by other means upon request. Other methods of shipping may cost an additional fee. Generally for domestic USPS Priority shipping for example, an additional $3.95 would be added to your total invoice upon your request for special shipping. Parcel Post deliveries can take up to 21 days or more for delivery. This is especially true around holidays.
International:
Items generally ship via USPS Letter-Post. Small package items ship Letter-Post (airmail). Large package items ship Letter-Post (economy). For heavier items Letter-Post (airmail) or Global Priority Mail can be utilized at the request of the buyer and at an additional charge. Usually $6.95 will cover this for heavy objects. Global Parcel Post and Letter Post (economy) deliveries can take up to 21 days or more. Most delays in shipping are around holidays.
Insurance:
Is always optional and will be offered on all listings. This will be in your invoice for you to amend (default=no insurance) at the time of payment if you wish to pay for insurance. Insurance can be purchased for most Domestic and International deliveries. There are exceptions usually with International purchases.

DO NOT bid on this auction if you cannot pay for it. If you win the auction you are expected to pay! An Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed on all unpaid auctions. Any questions you have regarding the auction should be addressed PRIOR to bidding, NOT afterwards! By bidding on this auction you are entering into a contract with the seller.
