Please email us for this number. 2) Regardless of the issue, the item must be returned to us (with the RMA#) at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RMA# we won't be able to process the claim. 3) Upon receipt of the item and completion of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.
