If this is a fixed price auction that includes FREE SHIPPING, with a best offer option please note that if you make me an offer, and I accept the offer, then you pay the shipping charges. So please do not ask me why you were charged a shipping charge after the auction ends. 

If it is a 7 day auction, and it says free shipping, please ask if it is in fact REALLY free shipping. I have relisted MANY items from a fixed price auction, and listed them at a very low starting price. Ebay doesn't show you on the bulk relist that you have it as a free shipping auction. I am stating this because I have lost money on shipping because of this error I have so many auctions running at all times that it is impossible for me to know this if ebay's auction relist doesn't tell me.

Insurance is optional on all of my auctions please ask me to include insurance and I will do so at an extra charge, otherwise per ebay's new policies the insurance option on the sale price will no longer be available. Ask for the insurance, please do not assume it will be available without charge.

I pack my items very well, and considering that the majority of what I sell is glass, I highly recommend buying the insurance.

I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, or broken items and I DO NOT issue refunds, so please do not ask. Please just purchase the insurance to insure that you are protected in the event that your item is lost, or broken. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please ask questions before bidding, and if you need more photo's please DO NOT hesitate to ask. That is a small request rather than it arrive to you, and you be unhappy with your purchase.

Please understand that packing supplies are not easy to come by.

With this in mind I want to assure my buyers that I ONLY add 1 pound to the shipping weight, and charge $.50 for packing supplies. I never make a profit from my shipping charges, and because of my extensive packing of my glass items, I sometimes LOSE money on shipping.

So please keep this in mind when you rate me in the detailed seller rating (DSR). I try to make sure that shipping charges are as low as I can make them. However, please remember that it is GLASS that I am selling, and more packing is required. Not to mention that the USPS, and UPS prices aren't cheap. If you think my prices are high, try shipping a well packed piece of glass with one of the above mentioned carriers, PRICES TO MAIL, AND SHIP ARE INSANE.. This is NOT MY FAULT, I do the best I can, and try ALWAYS to use light weight packing materials when they are available.

I reserve the right to ship with whichever carrier I see fit for the package. Even if you pay for Parcel Post with USPS, I may decide to ship with UPS. Please be aware of this before bidding.
