We found out about the cookie diet some 15 years ago from a neighbor down here in South Florida who lost alot of weight.

She said that her doctor gave her cookies that he had specially made, and put her on a diet and exercise plan.

I had to get those recipes, and the rest is history....

My own husband recently lost 70 pounds over an 8 month period, by making small changes to his diet, trading in fast food for whole foods like those in these cookies.  They worked well for him because he is always on the go, and the cookies are easy to make and readily available.

We have before and after pics for people who might be skeptical, and there are alot of skeptics out there.
