credit only (NO CASH REFUNDS
WILL BE GIVEN) through our RMA Only.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
must be filled out within 30 days before
any defective and/or damaged goods may
be returned. The RMA option
automatically will be disabled 30 days
after the auction has been closed for
all items. After the 30th day, we will
NOT exchange or give store credit to any
defective and/or damaged products with
or without an RMA. All defective
products must be returned in its
original condition with all original
packaging. We will not accept any
returns that do not meet all of these
requirements.

Please make sure to quote your eBay item
number or order number in the subject
line and give us a well detailed
description of the problem.
NOTE:
Attention any return package to:
Return/Exchange Dept with the RMA number
clearly labeled in front of the package.
If the RMA is not on the envelope or if
the RMA is not APPROVED by Summit Image,
we will disregard the package and the
package will be marked return to sender
and returned to you.
All RMA
requests are subject to seller approval
and return shipping charges are
the sole responsibility of the customer.
