This is a BRAND NEW, in-the-box NEVER BEEN OPENED steel kit stair COMPLETE and ready to assemble. We are the manufacturer of this item and are placing these auctions on eBay to introduce our kits to the marketplace. Our kit stair is unlike any other spiral stair kit on the market today.

Steel Spiral Features include:

• Continuous, interlocking column design that is standard. There is no UGLY sleeve and column spacing and gapping.
• 1 1/2" STEEL handrail is standard.
• NOTE: 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" red oak handrail available at a cost of $1050. That includes handrail for both stair & platform.
• Radiused, closed tread ends standard. Also includes red oak tread and platform covers.
• Semi-closed risers are included standard.

This auction is for an all steel spiral stair with the following criteria:

• IRC COMPLIANT !
• 60" diameter from outside edge to outside edge.
• Will accomodate floor to floor heights of 98-1/2" to 142-1/2". NOTE: You will need to specify your exact height and stair rotation after you buy.(Note: See rotation and units available below)  
• 1" main balusters.
• 1/2" intermediate balusters, making the space between balusters less than 4"
• We have (Qty. 3) Right-hand Up (Counter-clockwise up) and (Qty. 2) Left-hand Up (Clockwise up) units for sale.

Assembly Instructions:

• It takes anywhere from 4 - 8 hours to assemble, depending on your mechanical aptitude. We recently had a call from one of our customers to report she assembled her kit in less than 2 hours - by herself!!

Shipping Information:

• Spiral Stair Kits ship UNASSEMBLED
• All spiral kits are shipped via common carrier and arrive in a 48" x 42" x 20" box on a pallet and this kit weighs approx 650 lbs.
• Freight times for delivery vary, and will add anywhere from 2-6 days.
