We prefer PayPal but you can pay by any card. Payment is due no later than 7 days after the auction ends. While we don't believe in negative feedback, except in extraordinary circumstances, we do automatically start the Non-Paying Bidder process on payments not received within 7 days in order to recoup our auction fees.

We send production directly from the country - manufacturer (CI Republic) passing a stage of warehousing. It allows us to keep for you all unique properties of our oils. Most items are shipped on the nearest day to when your payment was received and processed. There may be a brief delay of 1 to 2 business days from the time payment has been received by us until the date we ship to you because we are ordering from the grower.
Please wait 10-15 days for delivery of item. Pay your attention! We guarantee duly sending, but we are not responsible for faults in work of mail office, which can affect terms of delivery.

In case of damage or lost the goods at delivery stage we guarantee the refund or repeated shipment of the similar goods. This policy apply only for insured goods!
