We offer a 30 day return privilege on all used machines sold from our stock (machines sold for clients and shipped from their plant locations are generally not covered). This return privilege is the industry standard MDNA return privilege which states the machine must be returned freight prepaid in the same condition it was shipped in (you can’t break it then return it) for a full refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
