I have rented my farm out and so I have a very nice set of  Agri-Products 600 Gal. Saddle Tanks for a MFD tractor, that I no longer need. They are very heavy built and in very nice shape. since they set outboard, you have great turning clearence and very good visibility . Width is about 16 feet to the outsides. I used to plant and cultivate with this set-up and apply fertilizer both time and it they worked great. The mounts are for a  Case-IH Magnum style tractor. You could adapt them to other tractors, or buy the center side plates that fit your specific tractor and the beams and tanks will bolt right on.They are standard bolt patterns for all brands.Also included will be the hoses and valves that go in the bottom of the tanks.
