Shipping is typically done 4-5 days per week depending on volume of orders.
If you need any item, especially a full system by a specific date please contact us BEFORE purchase to insure we can satisfy your needs.
Full system orders can take up to 3 business days to ship.
Each system is re-tested, re-cleaned, packed + shipped specifically for each customer. We are extremely careful with system orders and do them in a very specific way. This takes time and is to the benefit of both buyer and seller not to rush or cut corners.
If the volume of system orders causes any longer delay than 3 business days then your shipping will automatically be upgraded to USPS Priority at our added expense instead of the included free UPS Ground shipping.
Virtually all systems are delivered within a week from date of purchase. Again if this poses a problem please e-mail us before you purchase to see if we can deliver the system any faster.
Smaller items such as accessories and parts are typically shipped by the next business day.
International Customers: Please do not ask us to mark a shipment as "gift" or falsify the customs document in any way including undervaluing the item. Any requests of this nature will be ignore. If this type of request is made after a purchase we will cancel the transaction and forward this information to eBay.
AS-IS items are just that, AS-IS. There are no warranties or guarantees with any As-Is products. When a product is listed As-Is it is described to the best of our abilities.
Remember: As-Is items are gambles. There are no guarantees you can fix them. We can guarantee though that our as-is items are not scavenged or have already been attempted to have been fixed before.
Full console systems have a 120 day warranty. This warranty begins on the date of delivery. This warranty covers the system against failure under "normal" use conditions. Please contact us for troubleshooting first in the unlikely even you receive a system that is giving you a problem.
Parts + Accessories carry a 30 day exchange warranty. This means we will replace a failed item for 30 days from the date of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping to us and we pay it back to buyer in the event of warranty repair/exchange.
***** IMPORTANT ****** All items with warranties + guarantees will include tamper-proof warranty stickers. These are placed in various spots on the item and can not be removed or peeled back or the warranty / guarantee is void. All items are serialized and that number is recorded.
Any returned items will need to be the same item we shipped you and the serial number must match. Please do not expect us to replace/fix an item that has been abused, dropped, liquid spilled in/on etc. Any fraudulent activity will be dealt with in a serious manner. In the event of fraudulent activity we will pursue all legal means to insure any loss is recovered.
