60 pcs w place settings and many serving pieces

Amazing, wonderful, huge Haviland and Company of

Limoges, France

practical selection of porcelain in
The Charonne pattern.

Besides the gold trim, the
pastel like floral design is very delicate with finely detailed green leaves, and violet flowers.

The pieces have a very delicate scallop edge pattern on the outside edges which goes well with the gold trim.

 In those days, they used real gold.

Usually you only see one or two pieces at a time.


This sixty piece set is very full: 

13x saucers, 5x teacups,

12 x7.375 inch soup bowls,

5x 5 inch dessert or berry bowls,

12x 6 inch bread and butter plates,
and

10x 8.5 inch salad plates. 

Serving pieces include a

footed gravy boat,a

10 x 7.5 oval serving bowl,an

11.5 x 9 inch casserole dish with lid,

10 inch round vegetable server with top lid,
a

13.5 x 9.25 serving platter, a

17.75 x 12.25 inch monster oval platter (great for a Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey or ham),an

11.5 x 8 inch oval serving platter, and an

extremely rare tall pitcher that is 5.625 inches wide and
6.75 inches tall. 

One teacup is cracked but still
in one piece.  The pitcher has a small chip.

Due to the fragile nature of this set, it will be

shipped in three separate boxes so they can be
adequately protected.

matching service would sell this group at about
$4000 to $4500

 IFF they had the footed gravy boat

the pitcher, and the

11.5 x 9 inch oval serving platter. 

I am not sure of the age but it could be
anywhere from the 1890's to the 1930's.

This set came out of an old New England estate at a Massachusetts auction house.

I am presently living in California and this set is in storage in Massachusetts so please only bid or buy if you have the patience for me to fly back
