60s Signed Architectural Drawing/Painting CAR WASH-NR!

DESCRIPTION
Great late 50's/early 60's architectural rendering drawing/painting of a Crest Car Wash. Signed Donald Boe.
CONDITION
Excellent condition and professionally framed in glare-proof glass.
NOTE: Framed artwork (with glass) is not insurable, so if the glass breaks during transit, we cannot file a claim. If you choose to have the item sent with the frame (and glass), we will do everything we can to protect it and keep it from breaking (by applying tape to the glass, packing in rigid styrofoam, bubblewrap, etc), but the winning bidder assumes the risk.
For this reason, we recommend that the winning bidder allow us to remove the glass before packing, so that the package can be fully insured. The shipping cost, as determined by the calculator below, includes the frame (and the glass, if so desired). If you are the winning bidder and you wish to have the item sent without the frame, just let us know so we can adjust the shipping cost.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA: via UPS ground (we do not use the US Postal Service for domestic shipments). Use the shipping calculator to determine the cost for your location. We are happy to combine items for cheaper shipping if you are the winning bidder of multiple auctions ending on the same day, when possible. However we are not able to hold your items to be combined with future winnings.
The winning bidder is always welcome to pick up the item in person and save all shipping and packaging costs. We are located in Omaha, Nebraska. As long as the item is paid for in full within two weeks of the end of auction, we will be happy to store any item for up to three months, free of charge. So if you are considering driving to pick up your item in order to save the shipping costs, you can take up to three months to do so, as long as you pay within two weeks of the end of auction.
WHEN THE AUCTION ENDS:
We will contact you with your total within 48 hours of the end of auction. If you're in the continental USA and you're paying via paypal, your shipping cost will be determined by the calculator, so feel free to pay via the "instant payment" option, rather than waiting to hear from us. If you're elsewhere, please wait for us to send your total.

PAYMENT:
We accept Paypal. Nebraska residents must pay 7% sales tax.
We require full payment within two weeks of the end of auction. If we don't receive payment within two weeks, the item will be re-listed.

RETURN POLICY:
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on every item we sell. Simply email us within three days of receiving the item to let us know you are returning it for a refund. Securely repackage the item and ship it back to us with full insurance. We will provide you with shipping instructions via email. We must receive the item within two weeks of hearing from you. We must receive the same item we shipped originally in its original condition. We refund the winning bid amount only, not the packing/shipping/insurance fees.
Note that our return policy is void if more than 3 days expires after you receive the item, if more than 2 weeks passes before we receive the return, if you ship the item anywhere else before returning it to us, if you offer the item for sale yourself after receiving it, or if we receive an altered or substituted item.
WHAT TO DO IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED:
Inform us immediately by email if your item arrives damaged. The shipper may want to inspect the original packaging so please do not throw away any packing materials. Save bubble-wrap, cardboard wrap, peanuts and all original boxing. DO NOT send back to us for a refund, we must file a claim with the shipping company whenever an item is damaged in shipping. We will contact the shipper on our end and initiate the claim once we have made contact with you.
