Terms of Sale

Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you should find your specimen to be inconsistent or of lessor quality than others of the same fall/type you may return the item within 14 days. We will gladly refund you the amount of your complete purchase price including the cost of the initial shipment. Return postage will be your responsibilty. Your refund will be sent to you as soon as we receive the returned item.

 AUTHENTICITY: If you should have any doubts about the authenticty of our auction items I would encourage you to please browse our feedback ratings. You will see that we have sold to satisfied customers from all over the world. These are people from a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise ranging from individual collectors, to resale store owners, to University Professors, and of course many more. We are proud to say we have never had a specimen either challenged or returned.  

Payment

For your convenience we will accept payment using PayPal services, a Cashier's Check, USPS Money Order or Personal Check. If your payment is not received within 10 days the transaction may become void. Please inform us by email if you intend to pay using a Cashier's Check, Money Order or Personal Check. In either case, the item will be shipped once we have received your payment.

Shipping

We are happy to combine items for shipping!

We take pride in shipping your package within 24 hours of receiving your payment and do our best to offer both fast and economical shipping options. 

Choose your shipping options wisely! Our default auction listing will display the most economical method of shipping available and does not include insurance. Delivery Confirmation is included free on all items shipped within the US. For your convenience you may select a faster, more secure method as well as include insurance upon checkout. It is your choice and responsibility to select your desired shipping service. We are happy to provide you with our fast packaging service and proof of mailing, but we should not be rated or held responsible for the treatment of your item once we have delivered your package to the USPS. Please realize that once we submit your package to the Postal Service the speed of delivery and security of your item is no longer in our control, but will be carried on by the choices that you have made in your shipping options. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage while in transit. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING DISCOUNT:  For USPS First Class shipments within the US we charge the actual combined shipping cost.  For USPS Priority Mail we only charge you for the single heaviest item, all others will be shipped FREE!  Please inform us when you are done bidding and let us send you an adjusted invoice to insure that you get the accurate shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  For both USPS Priority and First Class Mail we charge the actual combined shipping cost, so please inform us when you are done bidding and we'll be happy to send you an adjusted invoice. Our listings offer a shipping calculator; Choose your country and then press "calculate" to see your shipping quotes.

First Class mail cannot be insured so if you choose this shipping method or choose not to insure the priority package we cannot be accountable for the package once we mail it. Regardless of shipping method we can provide you with a Customs label number upon request which will show the date and time of acceptance at our post office, but this is not a trackable service.
