Here is your chance to own a perpetual deeded ownership (never expires!), 61,500 Annual RCI Points at Sunrise Ridge Resort, an RCI Gold Crown Resort, located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. This deeded ownership is for a Three Bedroom, Two Bathroom Unit (Deeded as unit #3017/ Week 14) which has also been converted to 61,500 RCI Points every year, meaning you can use that week every year in a Three Bedroom, Two Bathroom, Two Bath unit at Sunrise Ridge Resort; or use the 61,500 RCI points. Your usage is annual. Usage starts this year 2009 with all 61,500 points available to the new owner.  Maintenance fees are paid annually in the amount of $675 (including taxes) and due January 1st. The 2009 maintenance fees have been paid in full, therefore you will be responsible for reimbursement of fees at auctions end.
