International Winners 

 Flatrate economy s&h outside North America is $124.50 + insurance.  Buyer is responsible for duty taxes, brokerage fees, oversize shipment costs or other costs related to international shipping (collected by carrier or customs).  Many countries have size limitations for postal service shipments which means larger packages can be 2 or 3 times the cost to ship. In addition, international shipping requires a great deal more handling. If in doubt regarding s&h costs please email prior to bidding. International shipping by usps is very often very slow in arriving due to customs centers and postal regulation.
