in its original, unused condition (including all

Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping the item
back. Do NOT ship the
item before we agree to.
We reserve the right to assess a 25% restocking fee on items not
returned in their original packaging because it significantly complicates import
clearance for us.
If you're located in the US, the USPS is
our preferred carrier for handling return shipments. If you
decide to return via the USPS we can email you pre-filled
return labels & documentation as well as detailed
instructions. All you need to do is drop the package at your
local post office to purchase postage and insurance.

will not be held liable for damaged or lost return
packages. All returns are at the buyer's EXPENSE & risk. The
buyer is responsible for insuring any return shipments.
