Shipping: To find shipping just simply click on the shipping tab near top of auction and enter your country. We ship the day of or day after payment is received.

Question: Our office is open Monday to Friday. We may access our auctions during the weekend but we are not in the office. Please ask questions during the week.

Insurance: All items are shipped insured. If item has not arrived in USA in 30 business days we will put in a claim for you.

Damage: We list any damage we find on items. If no damage is listed, we did not find any damage. If there is damage we feel that this item can be fixed. IF it is not repairable we do not sell it.
