I've got a VERY COOL item for you!This recent commemorative piece by Bob Masse, features the psychedelic portrait photograph of the band shot by Karl Ferris, the Saville's "house photographer" at the time. The November 26th, 1968 concert commemorated in this Poster was one of the most memorable of the Creams many nights on the Road, as it was the Cream's LAST performance. They didn't perform again together until there induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in the late 1990's! The band members were decked out in full psychedelic clothing and Clapton played solos on a variety of guitars -including the wildly decorated ones in the photo, which were painted by the Beatles' design team, "The Fool". The other performers on the bill that night made it a truly show was Rory Gallagher and YES (w/ Rick Wakeman on keyboards). Size is approximately 16" X 24" in Mint condition printed on heavy coated paper that will stand the test of time (just like Cream's Music!). Bob Masse is the internationally reknown poster artist whose work spans 35 years for Bands such as The Doors, Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, Donovan to mention a few. Bob still produces great artwork today from his home in Canada. A must have for any Masse collector or Cream fan!
