Russian 6N3P (6H3pi) tubes are close equivalents to the 2C51 5670 and WE396A. We don't have the capability neither bother matching them, but they come from the same large batch, have never been used. Lots of data on the net, try googling 6N3P. Excellent tubes for the price.
  Shipping charges
The EU customer for this item is expected to pay $3.00 shipping, customers outside of EU pay $5.00. Registration of the parcel is optional, the registration fee is $3.00. When the package is registered, it is assigned a tracking number (can't be tracked online yet) and you have to sign when you receive the package so no one else could take it.
