Primitive Vintage Image Hang Tags!




You will receive 1 (one) each of the 6 different styles pictured above (you will receive 6 tags total). These tags are from my very own printables collection and measure 2.38" x 4.75".

Each tag is printed on cardstock and has a hole punched so you may add your own ribbon or string to it. The backs are blank with a slight cinnamon rub!





All patterns, free shipping items and CD's are shipped via first class mail. We ship all other items via priority mail with online tracking and delivery confirmation. This is for not only our customer's safety, but our safety as well. If you live outside of the lower 48 U.S. please email for a shipping quote!
