These units are covered by the remainder of the 1 year applecare limited warranty. Extended warranty plans are available through squaretrade. Upon arrival, if your iPod has issues not listed in the auction, please contact us within 48hours. Proof of warranty is based on the serial # stamped on the back of the iPod and can be obtained by going to http://www.apple.com/support (Middle right side of the page).There is no warranty on Broken Or Physically Damaged Ipods, Also no warranty on Ipods with Water Damage through Apple.  Only Apple can make exceptions.

To open a warranty claim please use one of the following options:
(1):- If there is an Apple store in your area, go to http://www.apple.com, follow the link that says visit an apple store, and make an appointment with a store in your town and take in the ipod. Because the unit is under warranty, Apple will replace the unit with a new one on the spot. (2):- If there are no Apple store in your area, you may call 800-APL-CARE and pretty much the same process there, however, they may choose to fix the ipod rather then replacing it once you send it in. Again its a free service to you, and Apple will send you a shipping label to ship it to them.

Units that have passed the 6month mark on their warranty may require a $29 service charge for engaging Apple warranty.

Returns:
All Items are sold 'As Is' unless otherwise stated. We guarantee all our items against defects not listed in the auction and only such item is covered by our return policy. For any such items, it is the Buyer's responsibility to contact us within 48 hours of item delivery. If you aren't sure about anything, please ask questions. We respond fairly quickly.
