These professional cameras were made in the 1950's and 60's, called Rittreck in Japan and Optica when exported. Although they were unique, with a built-in center bellows, and capable of many modes of photography, they did not sell well and were discontinued. Working models in good condition command high prices now, and essential replacement parts, like extra film backs, are increasingly rare. This one is in great condition and functions flawlessly. The top is marked MUSASHINO-KOKI CO., LTD and OPTIKA is stamped into the leatherette back. Specimens in this condition are extremely difficult to find, and becoming more so as old, broken cameras are restored. This is an excellent investment even if you don't own the camera, as prices continue to rise. If you happen to know someone who has one, a spare back would be a rare and much-appreciated gift. This one was finely scribed on the top with the owner's Social Security and license numbers, undoubtedly in hopes of getting it back if it was lost!

I would prefer the lens be insured against damage. I am a 100% disabled veteran of the Gulf war, and no longer have the energy to relist items without need.
