    your shipment.  (ie: if we sent the wrong item)

    DAMAGE CLAIMS

    Your items must be insured to file a damage claim. 

     Please contact the shipper on your package within 2 business days to
    generate a damage claim. Please keep all original packaging and boxes intact.
    Only insured items are eligible for damage claims. Please insure your item. 
    If insurance is not available upon check out, please ask for it before you pay.
     

     Please notify us immediately after the damage claim  has been started.
    Keep all damaged packages in their  original state, do not alter or remove
    any packaging etc. UPS claims must be generated within 2 business days.
    They will most likely send a UPS driver to inspect the damage. We will issue a
    replacement AFTER UPS has approved & refunded the claim.  Damage claims
    can take up to 10-14  business days to process. We issue replacements of
    product only regarding shipping damages once UPS has approved the claim. 
    We do not issue monetary refunds unless we have made an error in the
    description of the item purchased, or if your item is out of stock longer
    than 2 weeks after claim was approved.

    LOST ITEMS- PACKAGES NOT RECIEVED


    Lost items must be reported to us within 20 days after payment. 
    If not reported to us within 20 days of purchase the item is  non-refundable
    and a claim cannot be generated.

    as we take great care in packaging & processing our items,  we understand
    that situations with shipping companies can arise that are  completely out
