7 Days at "BlueGreen Club 36" in Las Vegas, NV - Room 1

This auction is for a week (7-day) reservation for a 1 Bedroom Deluxe room in the beautiful "BlueGreen Club 36" resort.  This is a non-smoking room that is approximately 710 square feet with a full kitchen (with full-sized appliances), living room (with a fold-out couch), bedroom (king-size bed), and bathroom (with shower & bath).  The room has a city view of Vegas.  Check-in date is 01/03/2010 and check-out date is 01/10/2010. 

The resort is only about 7 minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center which is hosting the "2010 International Consumer Electronics Show" January 7-10, 2010.  So if you plan to attend the event, why not arrive early and enjoy Las Vegas and the infamous "The Strip" that is packed full of activities, shows, and casinos.   

Our family is unable to take our annual vacation this year, so we must sell the two reservations we obtained.  This auction is only for 1 of the rooms. The other is available separately.  Both rooms are on the same floor and neighboring.  This room is #505 and the other room is #503.  (The other room has the same amenities and features as this one). 

As you will notice in the below details, a credit card is required upon arrival for a $100 deposit upon the event of incidentals.  However, they will not charge you the $100 if there are no incidentals or damages.  You will be entirely responsible for any incidentals/damages incurred during your stay.  

If you are the winning bidder, I must know the total number of people that will be staying at the resort (maximum of 4 - strictly enforced according to the resort), as well as the name of the person that will be checking in (must be age 21 or over).  I need this information to notify the resort immediately so that the arrangements can be completed.  Upon arrival to the resort, a photo ID must be presented, as well as the verification papers that will be emailed to you upon payment. You must have a valid email address.  I can also ship the papers by mail, but will charge $3 for postage & handling.

You are not required to participate in any meetings or orientations.
