Terms and Conditions

1. This package is valid for up to 2 adults and 2 children.

2. Package price includes 7 nights at Wychnor Park Country Club in Barton under Needwood, Staffordshire, U.K. (price is not per person or per night).

3. Package is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. There are no black out dates associated with this package and you may check in Monday through Sunday.

4. You must attend and complete a 120 minute presentation.

5. You must be a married couple or cohabitating couple and both of you must be between the ages of 25 to 65.

6. You must be gainfully employed have a combined annual household income of at least $40,000 (US) or 20,000 GBP.

7. Couples must attend the presentation together and show identification with the same physical address on it.

8. For identification purposes you must possess and present a valid driver's license or passport and a valid major credit card (debit/check cards are not acceptable) at the presentation.

9. You can not have attended a timeshare presentation at any Diamond Resort within the previous 13 months or be an owner of any Diamond Resort property.

10. All parties must understand and speak fluent English.

11. No group travel is permitted, a group is considered more the one family traveling with 2 packages to the same location with the same arrival dates.

12. Guest is responsible for hotel/resort taxes.

13. Reservations are based upon availability, do not purchase airline tickets until you receive written confirmation of your travel dates. You must give us at least 30 days prior notice when requesting your travel dates.

14. Vacation Grand Getaways strives to fulfill all our travelers requests however if for any reason we are unable to fulfill your date or hotel choice we will issue you a full refund for your package.
15. There are no shipping and handling fees associated with our vacation packages, all travel documents are sent via email. If you are purchasing the package as a gift we will be happy to send you a certificate to give the lucky recipients.
16. Date change requests and cancellation request must be received at least 21 days prior to arrival.
17. No refunds are issued for vacation packages unless we are unable to fulfill your date or hotel choice. 
18. Reservations are confirmed within 7 days of reservation request being received. Reservations outside the US may take a little longer

19. We accept the following methods of payment: Money Order, Cashiers Check, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

20. Vacation Grand Getaways must have a credit card on file at the time you book your reservations.

21. Failure to cancel/change your reservation within 21 days or in the event you do not show up to the hotel will result in your credit card being charged for all room nights at rack rate.

22. Failure to attend the presentation will result in your credit card being charged for all room nights at rack rate.

A. The presentation is generally held the day after you check into the hotel.

Q. How do I book by travel dates?
A. Once your payment is received for your package you will be sent a username and password via email to book your reservations via our secure reservations website.

Q. How much are the hotel/resort taxes?
A. Hotel/resort taxes are approximately $10US to $15US a night depending on the season.
