If an item is damaged due to our negligence, we will exchange that item. Any items shipping LTL, such as Yellow Freight or R&L, will automatically be insured. If there is damage upon receipt of the item, the customer MUST make a note of the damage on the Bill of Lading the driver will provide. Without taking this step we CANNOT file a claim with the shipping company, and thus, we cannot offer reimbursement to the customer. |
