Payment is due within 7 days of auction's end.  Paypal is preferred, we only ship to the address on your transaction page, no alternate addresses. Money orders are also accepted.   No refunds or exchanges. These tires are new and unused.  7.25 sales tax charged to CA buyers. Sorry, we do not allow local pickup.
