We are the largest and oldest direct importer for these motor kits.  These engine kits take and afternoon to install and can be a very rewarding experience.  They take some basic mechanical skill to put together but with a little time and effort you can convert your normal V-frame bike into a motorized bicycle.  No registration or license is needed.... (In Most States)....if you have a concern check your local DMV.

This kit includes everything needed and more to motorize your bicycle.  If you are looking for a basic kit please check our other listings.  The kit includes chain, twist grip throttle, steel gas tank, engine, spark plug, chain guard, twist grip throttle with kill switch, throttle cable, Upgraded Clutch Lever and standard clutch lever, 48, AND 40 to sprockets for power and hill climbing or for speed.   This kit includes the amazing CLAM SHELL SPROCKET ADAPTER made  and only available from us. A NO DRILL FAT FRAME MOTOR MOUNT,  A SPRING LOADED CHAIN TENSION (and) the standard chain tensioner.  We also include a HEADLIGHT/TAIL LIGHT/ AND GENERATOR.

You just provide the bike!  We provide EVERYTHING ELSE!!!!

1.  CLAM SHELL SPROCKET ADAPTER.  (PAT.)   This important parts is available ONLY from us livefastmotors (CJR IMPORTS LLC).  The clam shell is made from aircraft aluminum to exacting standards.  This part makes the hardest part of the job of installing the sprocket on the left side of the rear wheel much easier than using the crude nuts, bolts, rubber washers, and backing plates that kits (including ours) normally provide.  The Clam Shell will help you perfectly center the sprocket eliminating slap and wobble.  We sell the CLAM SHELL SPROCKET ADAPTER on EBAY for $65...but it is INCLUDED IN THIS KIT.   Note:  when you purchase this kit let us know if your bike will be a multi speed bike....for that bike you will need the CLAM SHELL SMALL to work on the smaller hub.   Otherwise this kit will automatically come with the CSL (CLAM SHELL LARGE which is shown). 

2.  SPRING LOADED CHAIN TENSIONER. (PAT.)  again, this important part is only available from us (livefastmotors) (CJR IMPORTS LLC).  We also include the standard chain tensioner along with the SPRING LOADED CHAIN TENSIONER....this simple but effective creation will keep the chain from snapping and popping and it will dramatically keep the nylon wheel from wearing out.  We also sell the spring loaded chain tensioner for over $30.00 but it is INCLUDED here.

3.  'NO DRILL' FAT FRAME RUBBER CUSHIONED MOTOR MOUNT.  The U-bolt and chrome steel plate with rubber cushion keeps you from drilling holes in your bike and allows mounting the motor on bikes with larger frames.  Other motor kits either offer nothing or they offer you something that requires drill holes with will weaken your frame...we sell this part separately for $18.

4.  HEAD LIGHT / TAIL LIGHT / GENERATOR / SPEEDOMETER.  This is the same light system, generator and speedometer that we offer in our UPGRADE KIT that is shown in the pictures in this ad.  We sell the Upgrade Kit for $48 on EBAY...but all of the parts available in the Upgrade Kit are Included with this offering.

5.   HEAVY DUTY AND STANDARD DUTY CHAIN.....is included.    ALSO, TWO SPROCKETS INCLUDED......     THE 48 TOOTH FOR POWER, OR THE 40 TOOTH FOR SPEED.

Manual Clutch. You can peddle your bike or use the motor. Motor started by peddling the bike and then engaging the clutch "pop the clutch".

The reason is that in China there are people buying up unofficial, cheaply made, and even salvaged or used parts from the market and then assembling motors without professional experience or training. That is why there are so many motors on the market with such poor quality! Our motors are assembled by an official licensed manufacturer. Professionals trained to do the job correctly with quality parts! Pay a few dollars more and get quality and service!

Beware of international sellers! These kits are most often much lower quality. We make most of our profit selling parts or second motor kits to people who have made a mistake in buying their first kit from the other guys. Do they guarantee their kits like we do? NO... Disregard Vendors Claiming Japanese Needle Bearings.   2 cycle motors work best with bushings that are easy to replace.   Needle bearings fail because 2 cycle lubrication is not very consistent.   When the bearings fail the hard broken parts will destroy your motor completely...
