From highly sought after 70’s American high-end ready-to-wear designer GIORGIO SAINT ANGELO comes this gorgeous black floral textured chiffon strapless corseted party dress.  It is made out of a thin layer of black chiffon that lays over a creamy pink silky lining, has a wired & corseted style top half with a folded layer at the bust and has a breezy a-line skirt and back zip. We aren’t quite positive, but the blooms almost definitely look hand-painted or hand-screened as no two are alike!
