Wide Angle and long range combined !
We use 36 small angle and 36 5mm 6000mcd wide angle super bright LEDs. LED wavelength is 470nm (Blue),extremely close to the natural moon light.
We use small angle LEDs for their long range, while wide angle LEDs for their wide range.
These lights can cover up to 72" tank. If you put them in parellel, you can use these lights as a 20" light. Larger sizes and custom-made sizes are available from my ebay store. You may put this light on the top of your tank, just like most of the moon lights selling on the market, but not "in" the water. A little water splash will not damage the light at all.
Lighting effect is very even thanks to our wide angle LEDs and the tubing.
Fully assembled and tested. This is a PLUG AND PLAY item.

The dimmer power supply is actually a multi voltage power adaptor with 6v, 7.5V, 9V, 12V and an "off" setting. By setting to 6V, 7.5V or 9V, you can dim the light or turn it off. It is available on our eBay store. Please search our ebay store for "LED Dimmer". No additional shipping cost for upgrading to the dimmer version. Please ask for combined shipping after you buy this light plus the dimmer power supply.
