This high quality artist Oil Pastels Kit contains 72 Oil Pastels that measure 2-3/4" x 7/16". These are high grade oil pastels with quality pigment and the colors are brilliant. These fade resistant colors can be used on paper, board or canvas. Very nice quality at a great price. The soft texture of these pastels enable smooth drawing and blending for a wide variety of possible effects. Blend with Oil Paints for a variety of techniques including glazing and wash techniques. These pastels never dry out so artwork needs to be sealed with a fixative spray sealer if desired. Non-toxic and great for young aspiring artists or professionals. These pastels are made in Korea from finely ground color pigments and will maintain their finish look indefinitely. Manufactured by Loew Cornell, a quality name in art supplies for decades.
The handsome Maple Finished Wood Storage Box is hinged so it stays open while you work. It also features two clasps on the front to keep it closed during transport and storage. The inside lid has a listing of the colors by location so you can keep them organized. Overall dimensions of the box are 18-1/4" long x 6-1/4" wide x 3/4" thick. Plastic trays on the inside of the box keep pastels separated and you can reuse the box with any replacement pastels in the future!
