I'm so glad I'm not the only person who doesn't finish all my projects. This strip was purchased at an antique auction in Maine many years ago. The flannel and cotton layers are 72" long and 13 1/2" wide. Finished, are the four 10" babies with bonnets in 11 3/4" X 11 1/2" blocks; just right for framing or making pillows. The square blocks are all the same size, I have just photographed each one from different distances. The cotton and flannel backing is in good condition. The pink thin cotton or muslin is pretty worn. All the "babies" look good; but the lavender girl is missing some stitching around the edge of her dress and bonnet. It does not look torn, she just didn't get finished. The stitching that did get done is meticulous and precise. The fabric is clean, I can find only one small spot near blue calico girl.
