Item Description

  You are bidding on a brand new custom built item direct from the manufacturer. This is a beautiful kitchen island in a distressed red color finish. The butcher block top is made of solid elm wood in a natural color stain with a food safe protective coating. This elm is one of best China hard wood especially great for island. We also can paint this in a distressed cream, red, black, blue and green color. All of our island is hand made and is fully assembled. It can be custom made as per buyer specification.

 

  The retail price is around $2800 at our area.

Terms and condition

Our terms are simply: 30 days guarantee of either "Item arrive damaged or defective or item is not as depicted in description" payment refund. Buyer is responsible for packing and safe arrival of returned item and refund to be effected against the safe and flawless return, otherwise deduction is to be settled to cover the repairman costs involved. Once the item is returned to us, in the original packaging with no damaged, in new condition, we will refund the price minus all shipping charges to your home and back to us.
