This deeded ownership is for an Annual timeshare, meaning you will receive 72,600 RCI Points every year. All fees are current with mortgage paid in full, you will receive clear title guaranteed or issued full price refund! Points are issued every year. Your usage and fees begin next year in 2010. Maintenance fees are paid every year in the amount of $987. The 2009 maintenance fees have been paid in full. About Closing and Payment: Upon auction's end, please Click Here to pay for the item and to complete the checkout process.
