I Love to paint. Its Simple, pure
and alive. I get so consumed when I sit down with empty canvas. It's raw and
energetic in a meditative way. I think the unknowing of what will come is the
best. When I finish a painting I stand back and am in awe. Every new painting is
like my first, my love for it is never ending.
I select hues that move me in the
moment. some to express feeling and others to evoke a memory. I paint on
anything. wood, panel, canvas, clothing, clay. It pulls me in, something
compels, calls me to open up and create. I Paint to capture a moment,
the one that holds you in a song, makes you remember first love, a kiss
, a passing, a joy.
I Have had many Gallery shows over
the years, I have paintings owned by corporate and
private collectors all over the World.
I am never settled with one way of painting. I push myself to reach into the unknown and see what
comes about. it is
