We have done our best to accurately describe the item in this auction, which is offered AS IS. If the buyer feels the item was not accurately described, the buyer should email us within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Insole Measurements Are Important
It is important to measure your insole before making your selection. The most efficient way to determine a correct shoe size is to remove an innersole from your shoe and measure (in inches) the "heel to toe" length of the insole and then refer to the posted measurements in the auction.

Payment Policy
We accept PayPal, all major Credit Cards, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Personal Checks. Please read the following for each payment method:

• PayPal: A CONFIRMED PayPal shipping address has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder. An UNCONFIRMED PayPal shipping address is an address that PayPal hasn’t been able to reliably associate with the PayPal account holder and does not qualify for the SELLER AND BUYER PROTECTION PLAN designed to insure a satisfactory transaction between us. If you have a CONFIRMED PayPal shipping address then your item will be shipped promptly the same afternoon of purchase, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). If you have an UNCONFIRMED PayPal shipping address then you will be required to email us first before we ship your item. We will not ship to an UNCONFIRMED PayPal shipping address until contact with the buyer has been established. Failure to communicate with us concerning an UNCONFIRMED PayPal Shipping Address within 10 days of purchase will result in the purchase being refunded. (To find out the status of your PayPal shipping address, log in to your PayPal account, hover the mouse over the PROFILE tab and then select "Add or Edit Street Address". Your status will be displayed in the status field.)

• Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards. If you are paying with a credit card, email us so that we can supply you with a telephone number to call to complete the transaction.

• Money Orders & Cashier's Checks: If you are paying with a money order or cashier's check, please email us upon auction close and let us know when payment will be sent.

• Personal Checks (inconvenient for both buyer and seller): If you are paying with a personal check, please email us upon auction close and let us know when payment will be sent. Please be aware that processing time is 10 business days for personal checks to clear our bank after the check has been received. We will not ship until after this 10 business day verification period. (A business day is Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.)

Payment must be received within 10 days or a dispute will be filed. If the bidder does not pay within 8 days after the dispute has been filed the bidder will be reported to eBay as a NON-PAYING BIDDER and the bidder will receive negative feedback. The NON-PAYING BIDDER will also be blocked from all future 1xk8r auctions.

Please note that shipments to Texas addresses are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

All payments may be subject to administrative delays. We do not ship until payment has been processed.

Shipping Policy
We ship from the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. We use United Parcel Service, Insured, Signature Required as our only means of shipping. We do not offer discounts for multiple shipped items.

We do not ship to P.O. BOX addresses. You will need to email us a physical address to ship to.

We do not ship to countries other than the United States, selected United States territories and Canada at this time. See below for shipping locations and fees:

• Continental United States: Flat rate Of $12.00 per item.

• Outside United States (AK, HI, PR): Flat rate Of $49.00 per item.

• Canada: Flat rate Of $26.00 per item. Canada Customs require that all shipments to Canada have a phone number. Canadian buyers should email us their telephone upon auction close.

If you prefer a priority shipment other than standard UPS Ground, please email us for a quote. Our flat fee includes UPS rates, insurance for the first 100 dollars and shipping and handling charges. Shipping quotations are only provided on weekdays, 9AM to 4PM central time. Please provide us with your address in order to give an accurate quote.

After each order has been processed, the customer will receive an email from UPS which will contain a tracking number and a link to view the status of their shipment. If one is not received after 1 business day, email us for an update on your shipment.

Our hours of operation are from 9AM - 5PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Purchases made on the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Return Policy
All items are sold AS IS. We will only allow returns and refunds if the buyer feels the item was not accurately described in this auction. The buyer should email us within 7 days of receipt of the item if the buyer believes an inaccuracy or misunderstanding exists regarding the transaction.
