Claims for loss or damage during transit made directly to the carrier. Claims for product defects or breakdown made with the manufacturer.

Carrier 30+ days. Manufacturer: 3-7 days.
Option 2: PREMIUM PROTECTION:
Our shipping insurance + early defect warranty.
Your cost:
$1.99 per item
Claims procedure:
Claims for loss or damage during transit or a defect arising in the fi rst 30 days made directly with us.
1) You report a dead/ defective / damaged / lost item to us.
2) We will open a case fi le and ask you to provide us with evidence.
3) If the claim is cleared, a prepaid shipping label will be faxed or emailed to you.
4) A replacement item will be shipped to you on the same day once we receive a tracking number confi rming your
shipment of the defective item.
Settlement time:
1-2 days
NOTES:
• Batteries are not covered by our PREMIUM PROTECTION.
• OUR PREMIUM PROTECTION will be exhausted:
1) In the event of a successful claim. Additional PREMIUM PROTECTION must be purchased for replacement items.
2) After the end of 30 cover period.
