We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item (including if any flaws). We also carefully inspect each item before it ships verifying that it is in the condition stated/described in this auction.
Shipping & handling fee and insurance covers shipping, labor, packaging, and other expenses which is non-refundable and one time usage in all cases; Seller will not hold neither responsible nor liable for lost or damage in transit if insurance is not purchased.
Item normally will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. States buyer will receive a tracking number to keep track of the shipment. Response within 3 days of auction and payment within 7 days will be appreciated.
We realize that, as a buyer, it is sometimes hard to purchase an item that you have not had the opportunity to personally inspect or try. We hope you'll realize that, while offering a refund to you, the buyer, we need to make a policy that is fair to us as the seller as well.

Return Policy

All Sales are Final.
We will accept returns and offer a refund or exchange if we, as the seller, have shipped the incorrect product (i.e differs in a substantial way - size, color, or condition) from how I have described it in this auction or defective unit only. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and insurance in traceable means. Buyer must contact us by emails prior to return and notify us of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item. Otherwise, we will ignore the return and no action will be taken.

If an item is returned for any reason other than the above; a refund will be given, less shipping, handling, insurance fees and a minimum restocking fee of $5 will be charged and deducted from the refund! Again, buyer must contact us prior to returning and notify us within 3 days of receiving the item in additional to those terms. The return item should be in the original condition as the same as when you receive and in good resalable shape.
