These filters, manufactured from the finest solid optical glass, are ground and polished to the most practical thinness. In addition, they are heat-treated to avoid any distortion or focal shift, and each filter is subject to strict tests in order to ensure a perfect even surface which is essential to a good filter.

UV:  A UV filter protects camera's lens from scratches, dust, dirt, moisture and fingerprints, while reducing unwanted ultra-violet light.

Fluorescent:  The F-DL fluorescent light correction filter gives true-to-life color rendition by removing the harsh yellow-green cast ordinarily resulting from fluorescent bulbs. When shooting under natural light, a fluorescent filter dramatically increases color saturation of subjects.

Circular Polarizing (C-PL):  It is similar to the ordinary polarizing filter, except rays go circular, no linear, after passing through the circular polarizing filter. It eliminates possible exposure errors which may be caused by the slight polarizing of rays in cameras of the TTL system using fixed mirrars.
