How many Stars should I choose? Why should I choose 5 Stars?   We encourage you to select 5 Stars in each category. We are committed to providing you 5 Star service. While it would seem that 3 stars is average, and 4 stars is above average, why do we ask for 5 stars? DSRs are calculated mathematically. 3 of 5 Stars is  60%, not average but failing. 4 of 5 Stars is 80%, also a failing rate on eBay. Even 19 of 20 possible Stars is only 95%. What issues may affect my transaction?  We work very hard to ensure a successful and pleasant experience for our customers, however a very small percentage of the time the transaction may be disrupted.  Buyers, Sellers, and the Shipping Carriers we all depend on sometimes make mistakes. Ebay and PayPal sometimes suffer system errors which can disrupt a transaction.

A: 7 MegaPixel is the image capture resolution that software can be able to convert it to correct resolution size. With 2MegaPixel Resolution, since video needs to be played in either Jpeg or WMA format, our Frisby software can not control the resolution size and uses actual Lens resolution. A: Limited local pickup is available by appointment for some products. Handling fees may apply.
