This 7lb box contains premium wood chunks / XXLarge chips(see pic below).  These wood chunks are kiln dried locking in all the flavors and have NO BARK.  They are perfect for gas, charcoal, and electric smokers as well as charcoal and gas grills. This is the best wood you can buy not junk bug ridden stuff someone cut down in there back yard.  Being kiln dried also means this wood starts smoking almost instantly.  There is virtually no moisture in it so you are not paying for water. If it wasn't kiln dried/bark removed it would weigh 2-3 times more ,so you are actually buying a 14 -21lb box. My customers have smoked with it for over a decade and will testify that it beats the store bagged crap, hands down, just look at my feedback. I supply numerous restaurants as well as many competition BBQers with all their wood..
