*Shipping Terms:
Once payment in full has cleared, your item will be shipped within 10 days (usually much faster). We will send you an email after your payment clears. This email will contain shipping details, including shipping method and a tracking number which you can use to determine the current status of your shipment. Although some items will arrive within a week of payment, it is not uncommon for an item to be much later for any number of reasons, most of which are out of our control. Please bid on this item only if you do not require the item immediately. Due to the volume and nature of our business, we cannot accommodate buyers needing expedited shipping. We also can NOT ship Internationally - we can only ship to US addresses.

Packaging:
Your item will be packaged using top-quality, newly manufactured materials and boxes. It will be padded to minimize the potential for damage in shipping. We use only the best packaging available and spare no expense in doing so. Due to the nature of our business, where items ship from numerous locations across the country, we can rarely combine items in a single shipment. Insurance may be purchased optionally at your choice. If you do not pay for insurance during the checkout process, your item will be shipped uninsured and you will bear the responsibility for any damage that occurs in shipping.

Buyer Protection:
Any item purchased from Boxaroo will be delivered, or the buyer will receive a complete 100% refund (purchase price plus shipping). Condition disputes will be handled on a case by case basis. Under appropriate circumstances, where it is determined that an item's condition (for some reason) clearly does not roughly match its description, buyer will receive a complete 100% refund (purchase price plus shipping to them) upon return of the item to Boxaroo headquarters. We want all buyers to be satisfied with their purchases, and we will take all reasonable measures to see that they are.
