All items are as is. I purchase from local auctions, estate sales, yard sales, etc., so I usually have items in hand for only a short time before I list. Please ask questions before bidding to avoid any disappointment. If you feel a refund is warranted I ask that you return the item so I can check it out before refunding. (This is standard Ebay policy as well).
I ship UPS Ground or via the post office for the United States. Alaska and Hawaii bidders are most welcome - just send me your Zip code so I can give you a quote if the post office is not listed as an option on a particular auction.
International bidders are welcome, even on many heavier items, but do be aware all customs fees, taxes, etc, are the responsibility of the buyer and I include invoices with higher-dollar items for insurance purposes.
Shipping can take from a few to several days, especially on heavy or awkward items. We are a work-from-home business so our schedule is sometime changed by a short-notice auction or a “Mommy I need these cupcakes for a class party” situation. If you need something within a particular timeframe, almost always we can accommodate you, but it helps if you ask before the end of the auction so we’ll be ready.
Please try to use EBay’s “Ask Seller a Question” system for inquiries, as that will get read before general e-mail. This is especially important if you have alternate shipping information.
Thank you for reading this and if you have any questions, ASQ is your friend - I will do my best to reply in a timely manner, barring broken pipes, spiders in the tub, or other emergencies.
