Order Process: Once you have completed a buy it now & completed the checkout process on e-bay or pay pal, please confirm the following:

2. Direct email address for the proof to be sent over to

I will then email over the proof for your approval (usually within 24hrs).  If you would like to make any changes please let me know as soon as possible.  If the design is correct & no changes required, please let me know & I will proceed to print.

Proof: A proof will be sent to you via email for your approval.  This needs to be approved in order for me to proceed with your order.  Once the design has been finalised no further changes can be made without further costs being incurred.

*****You as the buyer are responsible for checking the design and wording and ensuring that all spelling is correct - your message is copied over exactly as you send it to me.
TLC are not responsible for any spelling errors that you may have made on your original email wording - this is why a proof is sent over for your approval****

Postage: All orders are posted within 48/72 hours once the proof has been approved (weekends & bank holidays are not included) – 1st class post via Royal Mail is used as standard & can take 1-3 working days.  Postage outside of the UK can take up to 14 working days via Royal Mail international postage services.

In the unfortunate event that your parcel does not arrive a claim via Royal Mail will need to be instigated - Pelase see TLC Terms and conditions on ebay store front page
