Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy:    In the remote chance you receive an incorrect, mistakenly listed, damaged, or DOA item, contact us within 7 DAYS of receiving the item so we may process your refund if approved.  The original shipping charge  fee is only refundable if the return is due to our error.
The refund will be issued once the item is received (only if it is necessary to get the item back).
  All returns MUST have prior authorization. When returning a product from the U.S.A. please send the product as a defective return and declare product value on the customs form ($5 value) otherwise we may refuse the return due to customs and brokerage fees.  
The Buyer is responsible for shipping back a product. 
Return shipping costs are not covered.
