8 Picture Framing Mats Matting DECORATIVE CORNERS 11x14

Choose from an  assortment of five  Custom cut  picture framing mats in the colors and corner design you choose:   CLASSIC CURVE, NAVAJO,  TAOS, CATHEDRAL NOTCH &  KOBE.    These mats are all CONSERVATION quality mats.  A mat that claims to be acid free is not necessarily a conservation quality mat.  The mat may be acid free only because a buffering agent is added to temporarily neutralize the acid.  Be sure that the mats you buy from any dealer are truly conservation quality.  These mats are either made from rag or from 100% virgin Alpha cellulose which is truly acid and lignin free.  Brand names are Bainbridge, Crescent, and Artique

When you make your purchase please supply us with the following information with your payment:  Would you like your mats combined as double ( in this case you would receive 4 completed mats) or would you prefer them as 8 single layer mats.  What corner type and what color  mats do you desire. Also please let us know which color goes on the top and which on the bottom if you are choosing double mats.  As these are pieces of matboards left from customer orders, we cannot  guarantee  matching  of any one color for all 8 mats.  We will match your selections as closely as possible 

We will cut your mats with an opening of 7 5/8 x 9 5/8 to fit a standard 8 x 10 photo or picture.  If you would like a different size opening let us know.  The lower mat does have to have a border of at least 1 3/4" on all sides on a double mat or 1 1/2" on a single mat.
