U.S. SHIPPING

- Combined shipping is offered with any combination of items purchased from our store!

- Wherever you see ?FREE SHIPPING? there is no additional shipping charge for those rolls
- We do offer expedited shipping within the U.S., please email for a shipping quote
- Expedited service is not available to the following places: AA (APO/FPO), AE (APO/FPO), AP (APO/FPO), Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- All international shipments must e-mail us for a shipping quote
- We will not ship an international order unless the shipping is paid in full
- For multiple purchases, e-mail us for a shipping quote
- No expedited services are available for International Shipping
- Please make sure your Ship To address is correct, we will not be responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses
- The buyer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax, verify with your customs before your purchase
PAYMENTS
- Accepted forms of payment within USA: Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Money Order, Cashier?s Check, Business Checks, Personal Checks, or e-Checks
- Accepted forms of payment outside USA: Paypal, Credit Cards-(Canada ONLY) or Money Orders made out in US funds
- We do not accept non-US issued credit cards (exception Canada)
- All shipments paid by business checks, personal check or e-checks will be held for up to seven (7) business days for the check to clear the bank

- Payments are expected within ten (10) days of the date of purchase or after the last winning auction is closed
- Unpaid item complaint will be filed with eBay upon non-receipt of payment
- We leave you positive feedback when your payment is received!
SALES TAX
- Residents and businesses of Florida are subject to a 6% sales tax
- This applies to all shipments delivered to a Florida address unless your business supplies us with a Resale Certificate from the State of Florida
RETURN POLICY
- We stand behind our product and strive to resolve any issue there may be with our customer?s complete satisfaction
- If we shipped you the wrong item, or you receive the item and it is damaged, we will either replace the item at NO additional charge to you or give you a FULL refund including shipping charges! THE CHOICE IS YOURS!
- If you order the wrong item or you did not read descriptions carefully, we will still accept returns. We will give you a full refund for the item (this does not include shipping charges) or we will exchange the product, however you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. Please read all descriptions carefully!
- Merchandise must be returned in original condition with record of the purchase included
- All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of purchase
